Placing an Order

If you’d like to place an order, please visit the printshop. Here you will find all of the currently available items. Unless otherwise stated, all prints are available unframed only.

Payment can be made via Paypal and Stripe, both of which are internationally recognised and secure services. You can pay with a credit / debit card using both services.

Tax

If you’re shipping address is located outside of the European Union, it is likely that your order will charge any VAT. There may be exceptions to this rule. You can calculate your order total on the cart page.

Returns

I’m committed to producing high quality art at an affordable price. I’ve gone to great lengths providing detailed product listings and visuals so my customers know exactly what they’re getting and will be happy when it arrives. However, if for any reason you’d like to discuss a return, please contact me within 14 days of your order. Please note, however, that returns are offered at our discretion on a case by case basis.

Cancellation

I am not able to accept cancellations or modifications to order information once orders have been placed.

Damaged delivery

If your frame or the image area of your print arrives with shipping damage or has a flaw, please contact me as soon as possible with a snapshot of the damage visible.

Please note: The image area of your print is the area inside the white border. We have found no matter how carefully and rigid we package for transit, print corners and edges can take slight damage while being loaded on and off trucks and in the hands of mail carriers.

It is for these potential issues that we print on a paper size much larger than the image size, allowing for a protective border all the way around the image. The only purpose of the extra white border is to protect the image. In addition to protecting the image area during shipping, the border will also help protect your image while being framed and from any oil residue fingertips could leave while handling the print. Frame moulding and/or a mat will cover blemishes to the white border.

Limited Purchase

As editions are limited in print run, it is only possible for a customer to order one of each edition piece. If you would like to discuss an alternative, you’re welcome to contact me with your inquiry.

Sold out editions

All artworks are printed in limited editions. Once an edition has completely sold, it will no longer be available. It can not be reprinted, as the plate original will be faded.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location. For all orders, a flat rate, tracked & signed service is provided. Please see below for individual country costs.

Please note that delivery rates are subject to any applicable taxes and can be subject to change. International orders may be subject to customs or duties fees.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, and busy periods, i.e. Christmastime.

Austria: 5€ (1-2 days)
UK & Ireland: 18€ (3-5 days)
Europe: 18€ (3-5 days)
Switzerland: 30€ (4-5 days)
US & Canada: 30€ (7-10 days)
